I purchased this condo in 2007 and sold it in 2009. The building had all of the amenities; pool, parking, party room…..what more could a 22 year old girl ask for!!? This was my very first property that I purchased but Dan and I had renovated his first home the year before so we had some previous experience with the reno process.

The demolition is, a lot of times, the fastest part of a project. This property required tearing out the old: carpet, wood floors, tile, doors, and fixtures. Being that it is a condo, the demolition was a bit tricky because they have strict rules on “working hours”. For work that causes a lot of noise and may disturb the neighbors, it is restricted to 8am-5pm.
