Closing day is coming fast! We are frantically packing up but I took a break for a morning cup of coffee. Looking out the window and thinking about the process of renovating this house….we were only here for a year & half so I feel as if we were only short term tenants here. We moved extremely fast with the renovations on this one, even though it definitely had the most demolition, moving of walls and additions of bathrooms & bedrooms!

The neighborhood is what encouraged us to purchase this home, Shoreview is highly sought after being close to the cities an din a great school district. Being the most expensive rehab we purchased so far and therefore being the most risky, we took that risk because we knew the neighborhood could support the higher price we needed to make a profit! The outcome was amazing and the response we got from the community couldn’t have been better!
