A new project is underway! The North Oaks, MN reno project closed a few weeks ago and we have been busy with meetings, floor plans & designs! The mid century modern style home is set on a scenic acre and a half in the peaceful neighborhood of North Oaks, a little pocket of heaven just outside of the Twin Cities!

The neighborhood consists of 1000s of luxury homes scattered among rolling hills and mature trees. A mix of older homes, many still owned by the original owners, and new homes going up in place of the ones that are in too much need of repair. The perfect place to raise a family and still keep the work commute short. North Oaks, MN is where many people strive to buy real estate.

Mid Century modern homes need a bit of extra attention when it comes to the design.
