The above photo is of my most recent closing at 607 Lofts on Washington. This gorgeous condo had tons of character and appeal so when it came on the market I had to act quick to show my buyer this space, it was going to sell fast. Trouble was, she lives in Miami in the winter! We decided to schedule a showing via “FaceTime” early the next morning. She loved it and decided to make a quick offer without ever seeing the property in person. On Valentines Day we submitted the offer with a closing date of a short 17 days away and anxiously awaited a reply. They accepted the offer the next night and after a quick 2 weeks of scrambling to pull everything together we closed and she couldn’t be happier.
